Babibelz is an Aberdeen based youth street drumming band for kids aged 10 - 18 years old, playing a mixture of Samba... Afro Brazilian based rhythms played as only Babibelz can. We were formed some years ago by members of Dezibel, special thanks to Gary & Mary for all of thier time and efforts... Babibelz is now one of the finest Youth Street Drumming Bands in the UK.
Playing outside M&S is only part of our story, Babibelz regularly take part in numerous events throughout the North of Scotland... Oldmeldrum Sports... Keith Show... Edzell Gala... Peterhead Gala Parade...etc. In addition to our various apprarances, Babibelz also provide drumming workshops at schools and events.
We even find the time to support other organisations like the Cyrenians... Greenpeace... Student Charities... Aberdeen Trades Council.... Cancer Link Aberdeen & North...
Babibelz have recently completed a promo video for Young Scot, arts & youth workers will use this throughout Scotland to promote the Young Scot action funds. We are extremely proud to be associated with this project.
